User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Email dimobilecarwash@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the name, email address, and/or phone number you used when contacting us. If the request relates to Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or a Meta lead form, say which Meta service you used and approximately when you interacted with us.
3. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive credentials by email.
4. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you are the person associated with the records and to protect customers from unauthorized deletion requests.

• We will review and acknowledge a verifiable request using the contact information provided.
• We will delete or de-identify applicable personal information from systems we control and direct relevant service providers to take appropriate action where required.
• We will respond within the time required by applicable law and provide confirmation when the request has been processed.
• If we cannot delete specific information, we will explain the reason when legally permitted.

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to complete a requested transaction, maintain tax or accounting records, document consent or opt-out status, detect fraud or security incidents, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations. Any retained information will remain subject to our Privacy Policy and will not be used for unrelated marketing.

To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe option in the email or contact us. These choices can be processed without deleting records that may be needed to complete an existing booking or maintain required transaction history.

You may also remove an app or website connection from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing access through Facebook does not always delete information already provided to us, so use the email process above if you also want us to delete our records.
