Daniel Island Mobile Car Wash was founded by four brothers — Alexander, Thaddeus, Charles, and Matthias Dennis — with a simple idea: busy families shouldn't have to drive across town and wait hours just to get a clean car. We believed there was a better way — bring the detail shop to the customer.
What started with a bucket and a hose — literally — has grown into three locations serving the greater Charleston area. Together, we've served over 2,000 customers in 2025 and earned more than 400 five-star reviews.
As brothers, we hold each other to the highest standard. Every technician on our team is trained, certified, and obsessed with quality. We bring our own water, our own power, and everything needed to deliver a showroom finish in your driveway. Our guarantee is simple: if you're not happy, we fix it for free.

Thaddeus Dennis
Co-Founder & Strategist
At 13, Thaddeus left Charleston to play professional soccer in Colombia and Copenhagen. By 17, he was back home with a different kind of ambition.
Wofford College. Division I soccer. Finance major, double minor in Accounting and Computer Science. He graduated with offers on the table and a decision to make.
He chose family.
Not because the traditional path wasn't there — but because nothing on that path was going to build something real, something lasting, something his.
He saw something most people in finance haven't touched yet. The home service industry is one of the most fragmented, underleveraged sectors in the American economy. AI won't replace it. Technology won't kill it. But the operators who figure out how to run it like a real business — with systems, data, and scale — are going to own it.
So he moved back home and went all in.
Thaddeus and his brothers built The Mobile Car Wash Group across three markets in the Charleston area. Alongside that, he's building DEUS — a Home Services Operating System for mid-market operators who are done duct-taping their businesses together.
The endgame is a family office. Acquiring, building, and operating fragmented home service companies across the country — the way private equity does it, but with operators at the wheel instead of analysts.
Charleston born. Strategically unemployable. Building something that lasts.
